Standard Mobile Mechanic Rates

($75/hr) Diagnostics

Hourly rate for diagnosing complex automotive issues. Spesifically applies to identifying an issue with a vehicle NOT towards actual repairs.

($125/hr) Standard Hourly Rate

This is our standard scheduled hourly rate for mobile mechanic services. Our labor estimates are based around this rate

($200/hr) Medium-Heavy Duty Services

We offer ASE Certified mobile repair services for medium and heavy duty trucks & equipment. This hourly rate covers quoted services for these larger vehicles.

EMERGENCY CALL OUT FEES

$175/hr for standard vehicles
$250/hr for heavy duty vehicles

Covers any service requests that require ASAP OR AFTER-HOURS SERVICES

Extreme Weather

$50/hr additional to the standard base rate for working in tempratures below zero or severe weather (Emergency-travel-only warnings, blizzards, severe storms). Our team will advise you if we expect to bill this fee.

Travel Time

All work performed within Missoula county will be billed from the time arriving ON SITE *some exclusions apply (Example: Seeley lake, Potomac, Clinton)
Any location outside of the Missoula area will be billed our hourly rate SHOP-TO-SHOP. Long-distance jobs may have custom travel quotes based on time & distance.

Flat Rate Services

$50 for battery changes assuming battery is accessible via trunk/engine bay
$75 for lockout

Tire Services

We work with a local vendor specializing in top quality new and used tires for roadside tire services. Replacements will be quoted per vehicle.
Tire changes start at $50 assuming the tire is supplied, has been mounted and just needs to be installed or aired up.

PARTS RUNS

I will always attempt to bring all the parts that are required to do the job. If more parts are needed due to unexpected additional issues, we will bill our drive-time at the standard hourly rate.
